Consultancy
Strategic planning and Project definition
Site evaluation and analysis
Feasibility studies-Preparing designs and preliminary drawings, estimates, specifications etc. for clients’ approval and preparing final building plans/ drawings.
Obtaining approvals and Liasoning- Submitting the final plans complying with the Development control rules or Bye Laws of the concerned Municipal Corporation and or local authorities.
Process management- Preparation of surveys, proposals and calling of tenders, bid analysis and selection of contractors.
Overall Project coordination & Site Supervision- Coordinating with the Structural Engineer and MEP departments. Preparing working drawings Regular visits to sites and supervision of work on site recording of measurements and periodic certification of bills of contractors etc. Attending meetings, discussions regarding executions and progress of work and other related matters has required by the clients.
Obtaining Occupancy/ Bldg. Completion certificate for completed buildings and works.

Designed and executed various High Schools, Jr. Colleges and other educational buildings in Greater Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Outside Mumbai and Kerala.
